Manifestation tongues is the external manifestation in the senses world of the internal reality and presence of power of the holy spirit.

The Manifestation of Interpretation of Tongues
Is your operation of the God-given ability whereby you bring forth a message directly from or for God by giving the interpretation in a language which you and others present, speak and understand, the sum and substance of that which you have just spoken in tongues. It is for use in a believers' meeting.
